Dana's Daycare Handbook

We have lived in Sioux Falls now for 28 yrs.  I have a degree in Sociology with a Minor in Human Development that I received from SDSU.  I have worked in the childcare industry for over 25 years.  I worked for Volunteers of America in their Parent Child Learning Center for 7 years and did daycare with a friend at her residence for 3 years and have been doing daycare out of my own home since 

 I live with my husband, Dave, and our daughter, Paige. We also have 2 small dogs, Libby and Sadie.   

 Some of the activities that we enjoy as a family are camping, bike riding, going for walks, swimming, vacationing and visiting family and friends.  We are also fans of Football and Nascar.    

My daughter Paige is my Childcare Helper.  She is a registered helper with the City of Sioux Falls.
